LUNEXA LABS · TOUCH COUNT
Terms of Use
Clear information about playing, saving progress, optional purchases and getting help.
Last updated: 1 October 2026
1. Using Touch Count
These terms cover Touch Count, the number-connection puzzle game provided by Lunexa Labs. By using the game, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using it. Follow your app store’s age and eligibility requirements. If you are not legally able to enter an agreement yourself, a parent or guardian must review and agree to these terms with you.
We give you a personal, non-exclusive licence to play the game on a supported device, subject to these terms and the applicable store rules. You may not resell the game, distribute unauthorised copies, bypass purchase or advertising systems, or use it unlawfully. These restrictions do not limit rights that applicable law gives you.
2. Gameplay and progress
Endless mode continues until the current tile has no legal placement. Adventure contains fixed puzzles with a limited tile supply, sequential level unlocks and unlimited retries. Stars reflect hint use, not money spent. Scores, stars and unlocks are in-game achievements with no cash value.
Progress, settings, scores, unfinished runs and hint history are saved locally. There is no player account or cloud progress sync. Uninstalling the game, clearing its storage, losing the device or a storage failure can lose this data. Reset game clears gameplay progress but preserves preferences, purchase ownership and the hint-allowance history. Purchase restoration does not restore progress.
3. Ads, hints and undo
The free game can display banner ads, automatic interstitial ads at eligible breaks and app-open ads on eligible returns. Ad availability depends on the network, consent choices, region and service availability.
Rewarded hints and eligible undo are optional and require you to choose the action marked AD. The reward is granted only when the advertising service reports that it was earned; opening or dismissing an ad alone does not grant it. You can continue normal play or restart without a purchase or rewarded ad.
Adventure levels 1–20 include introductory hints. Later levels include one free distinct hint reveal per level. Repeating an already revealed hint is free. A hint is offered only when the game verifies a winning continuation; it is not a promise that any position can be rescued.
One undo may be available per Adventure attempt or Endless run after at least two accepted placements, if an alternative useful move is verified. Completed Adventure levels cannot be rewound. Undo does not add a star penalty. Restarting begins a new attempt; pausing or reopening does not refill an undo already used in that attempt.
4. Optional one-time purchase
Where available, “Remove automatic ads + extra hints” is a one-time, non-consumable purchase. It removes automatic banner, interstitial and app-open ads. From Adventure level 21, it adds two extra distinct hint reveals per level, for three total including the free reveal. It also makes the single eligible undo per attempt or run available without a rewarded ad.
This is not an unlimited-hint purchase. The hint allowance is per level and content revision, is stored locally, and does not refill on retries, reopening, in-app reset or purchase restoration. Additional rewarded hints remain optional and are marked AD. Hints still affect Adventure stars.
The current purchase integration is Android only. iOS purchases are not yet available. A planned store listing or product is not a promise that purchases are available on that platform.
The Shop displays the price and currency supplied by your store before you approve payment. The store processes payment under its terms. Pending, declined or cancelled payments do not unlock benefits. Use Restore in the Shop with the purchasing store account to recover eligible ownership. Purchases do not transfer between Google Play and Apple accounts; restoration restores ownership, not saved progress or hint history.
Refund requests are handled through the store and applicable consumer law. A refund or revocation may remove the entitlement when the store next reconciles ownership. Nothing in these terms excludes a statutory refund or other consumer right.
5. Sharing and third-party services
Share creates a local game card and challenge message, which may include your selected board size and best score. You choose a destination through the device’s share sheet, or copy the message if native sharing is unavailable. Touch Count does not automatically send a message or publish a post. The receiving app controls its handling and display of shared content.
App stores, Google AdMob and apps you choose for sharing operate under their own terms and policies. We cannot guarantee their availability or the content of third-party ads. See the Touch Count Privacy Policy for how these services handle data.
6. Updates and availability
We may update the game to fix problems, improve features or meet platform requirements. Features and availability can differ by device, region and version. We cannot promise uninterrupted service, error-free saves or perpetual compatibility. We will respect any mandatory obligations relating to purchased digital content.
To the extent permitted by law, the game is provided as available without additional guarantees. Nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections. You can stop using the game at any time.
7. Changes and contact
We may revise these terms as the game changes. Updated terms will appear here with a new date; material changes will be communicated in the game where appropriate. Changes will not remove rights already protected by applicable law.
For game support, purchase questions or questions about these terms, contact Lunexa Labs at admin@lunexalabs.com. Please include the platform, app version and a description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or store authentication codes.
