LUNEXA LABS · TOUCH COUNT
Privacy Policy
Your progress stays on your device. Here’s what that means—and what happens when you use ads, purchases and sharing.
Last updated: 1 October 2026
1. What this policy covers
This policy explains how Touch Count, provided by Lunexa Labs, handles information when you play, see ads, purchase an upgrade, share a game card or contact us. The game does not require a player account and does not use a Lunexa Labs server to synchronise your progress.
Local progress does not mean that no data is collected. Google’s advertising and consent services and your app store can process information as described below. This policy is specific to the game; the website privacy policy covers this website.
2. Data saved on your device
The game stores your settings, tutorial completion, scores, play statistics, selected board size, Adventure unlocks and stars, and unfinished runs. It also saves hint reveals and allowance usage, undo state, ad timing and reward-delivery records, and cached purchase ownership. These records let you resume play, keep your preferences and receive earned benefits without duplicate rewards.
There is no configured game analytics backend or separate network analytics SDK. The local gameplay statistics are not uploaded by the game to Lunexa Labs. Advertising SDK measurement is separate and can still occur.
3. Google AdMob and advertising data
Mobile builds integrate Google AdMob. Google’s Mobile Ads SDK can collect and share IP addresses (including an approximate location inferred from them), advertising or other device identifiers, app and ad interactions, and diagnostic/performance information. Google uses this information for advertising, measurement, service operation and fraud prevention. Depending on platform, settings and permission, identifiers can include Android advertising ID, app set ID or Apple’s advertising identifier.
Advertising data can be processed by Google and its advertising partners. Google documents encrypted transport for the Android advertising SDK. Personalisation and access to identifiers depend on applicable consent and device choices; non-personalised or limited ads do not necessarily mean that no data is processed. We have not added separate ad mediation adapters to the current integration.
Read Google’s Privacy Policy, information about partner apps, and its Android SDK data disclosure or iOS SDK data disclosure for more detail.
Buying the upgrade removes automatic ads. It does not disable the consent service or prevent data processing when you choose an additional rewarded hint.
4. Consent and privacy choices
The game uses Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to update consent information and show applicable privacy messages. Ads are requested only when UMP indicates that ad requests are allowed. That signal does not by itself mean you agreed to personalised advertising. If the consent flow fails without permission to request ads, gameplay remains available and ads stay blocked.
When UMP requires a privacy-options entry point, a privacy control is available in the game’s Settings so you can revisit your choices. Opening it discards ads loaded under the previous consent state. The options shown depend on your region and the messages configured through Google.
You can also manage advertising identifiers and app permissions in your device settings. On iOS, access to the advertising identifier depends on Apple’s tracking permission rules. Changing a choice affects future processing; it does not automatically delete information previously held by Google or a store. See Google’s consent documentation.
5. Purchases and payment information
On Android, Google Play Billing handles payment. The game receives product and purchase information, including purchase status and a purchase token, to verify and acknowledge a completed purchase and restore ownership. Verification happens on the device; there is no Lunexa Labs purchase-verification server. The game retains a local ownership cache. Lunexa Labs does not receive your card number or store password through the game.
Google Play keeps its own transaction and account records under the Google Privacy Policy. iOS purchasing is not currently implemented. Before an iOS purchase flow becomes available, this policy will be reviewed to reflect that implementation.
6. Sharing a game card
When you choose Share, the game generates a PNG card and message locally. The card may contain your best score and board size, or an invitation if you have not set a score. It does not capture your private screen content or send your full saved profile.
You choose the receiving app or destination in the system share sheet. A copy-message fallback is available when native sharing is unavailable. The receiving service’s privacy rules apply to anything you send. There is no automatic posting, contact-list access or automatic save to your photo library. On iOS, choosing Save Image may request permission to add a photo.
Generated cards are kept in the app’s private storage. The game retains up to 12 recent cards and prunes older cards when generating new ones so receiving apps can finish reading them.
7. Retention, reset and deletion
Local saves remain until you reset gameplay, remove app data, uninstall the app or the device removes the data. Reset game clears gameplay progress, but deliberately keeps settings, purchases, ad state and the used hint allowance/reveal history. Reset is not a complete data-deletion tool.
To remove the app’s local files, use your device’s app-storage deletion controls or delete the app. Merely offloading an app may retain its data. There is no cloud progress copy held by Lunexa Labs to restore. Clearing app data does not erase store transaction records, data already shared with another app, or data held by Google’s services. Those providers manage retention and deletion under their own policies.
If you email support, we receive your address and the information you choose to send. We use it to respond, troubleshoot and keep necessary correspondence for the issue or legal obligations. Contact us to request deletion of support correspondence; we may need to keep records where law requires it.
8. Your information and your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion or portability of personal information, object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a data-protection authority. Contact admin@lunexalabs.com about information held by Lunexa Labs. Since we do not hold your local game profile on a server, you control that data on your device.
For information held by Google, your app store or a sharing destination, use that provider’s privacy controls or request process. Providers may process information in countries outside your own under their published safeguards. We do not promise that their processing stays within a particular country.
9. Younger players
Parents and guardians should review the store’s age information, advertising disclosures and device purchase controls before allowing a child to use the game. A store content rating describes content; it is not consent to advertising data processing.
If you believe a child has sent personal information to Lunexa Labs through support, contact admin@lunexalabs.com so we can investigate and handle deletion as required. Do not send a child’s sensitive information in your initial message.
10. Updates and contact
We will update this policy when the game’s data practices change and revise the date below. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request consent before a new use of personal information.
For privacy questions or requests, contact Lunexa Labs at admin@lunexalabs.com. Please describe your request and platform without sending passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary personal information.
