1. The game and these terms

These terms apply to Geo Quiz: Guess the Flag, also previously known as Geo Master Quest / Geo Genius, provided by Lunexa Labs. By using the game, you agree to these terms and the applicable app-store rules. If you are a minor, your parent or guardian should review these terms and authorize purchases as required by local law.

The game offers geography quizzes and related modes, with ads and optional in-app purchases. Features and availability can vary by version, platform and country. Our Privacy Policy explains data handling and choices; accepting these terms does not replace any required privacy consent.

2. Permission to play and acceptable use

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive license to use the game under these terms and applicable store rules. The game and its original content remain the property of Lunexa Labs or the relevant licensors. Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their own licenses.

Do not cheat, automate play to exploit rewards, manipulate purchases or ads, interfere with services, access another player's data, infringe others' rights or use the game unlawfully. Do not submit offensive or misleading player names or support content. Restrictions on copying or reverse engineering apply only to the extent allowed by law and relevant component licenses.

3. Progress and online services

Game progress and settings may be stored locally and in online services using an automatically generated player identity. Internet access is needed for features such as advertising, online records and purchase verification. Offline or cached play does not guarantee every feature is available.

Do not assume progress or consumable items will transfer across devices, stores, reinstalls or deleted app storage. Keep your device and store account secure. Contact support before resetting app data if you need help with a purchase or lost progress.

4. Optional purchases and virtual coins

Current purchases include consumable virtual-coin packs and a one-time entitlement to remove interstitial ads. Prices, taxes, availability and the item description are displayed by your device's store before confirmation. The remove-interstitial-ads purchase does not promise removal of every ad format; optional rewarded ads or other formats may remain.

Coins are for use inside the game. They have no cash value, are not transferable or redeemable for money, and are consumed when used. Consumable packs are not generally restored by the stores after consumption. Eligible non-consumable purchases may be restored through the game's restore flow using the relevant store account; restoration does not imply cross-store transfer.

Apple or Google processes payment. The game verifies purchases and may delay delivery while verification is unavailable; retry or contact support if an item is missing. Refunded, cancelled, duplicate or invalid transactions may result in removal of the corresponding entitlement. We do not offer a recurring subscription in the current purchase catalog.

Refund eligibility is governed by applicable law and the store's policies. Request a refund through the store where you purchased, or contact us for delivery problems. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights or guarantees.

5. Ads, rewards and third-party services

Advertising helps fund the free game. Rewarded ads are optional and depend on ad availability and successful completion/confirmation. An interrupted or unavailable ad may not earn a reward; contact support about repeated problems. Purchases and gameplay must never be used to encourage invalid ad clicks or traffic.

App stores, advertising networks and linked websites operate under their own terms and policies. We do not control their availability or content. Report inappropriate ads through the available ad reporting tools or contact us with relevant details.

6. Content, updates and availability

Geography questions, translations, flags, maps, hints and facts are provided for entertainment and learning. Errors and differing conventions can occur; contact us to report a correction. This content is not an official source for political boundaries or legal status.

We may update the game, correct content, maintain services or change features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, compatibility with every device or that all future updates will be free. Changes affecting paid entitlements remain subject to applicable consumer law and store rules.

7. Ending use and protecting the service

You may stop using and uninstall the game at any time. See the Privacy Policy to request deletion of cloud player data. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, prevent harm or address a material breach of these terms. Contact us if you believe a restriction is mistaken. Any action affecting purchases remains subject to applicable law.

8. Warranties and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, the game is provided as available without a promise that it will be error-free or continuously available. We are not responsible for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer remedies.

For Apple downloads, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies where no custom store EULA has been provided. Apple is not responsible for providing game maintenance or support; contact Lunexa Labs. Applicable store terms and mandatory local law take precedence over any conflicting provision here.

9. Changes and contact

We will publish changes on this page with an updated date and provide any notice required by law. Material changes apply prospectively and do not remove existing statutory rights. Questions about these terms, purchases or the game can be sent to admin@lunexalabs.com.
